Duke to Visit The Swamp for Florida ACC/SEC Challenge

Durham, N.C. - The Duke Blue Devils will head to Gainesville in next seasons ACC/SEC Challenge to take on the Florida Gators in a potential 1 versus 2 blockbuster event.

The two put on a classic last season inside Cameron Indoor in a 67-66 nailbiting closer, led by former Blue Devils, Isaiah Evans 3-pointer in whinding seconds. Duke leads the All-Time series 15-4, including winners of the last 3 contest.

December 1st will mark the first time since 1937, where the Blue Devils travel to Gainesville.

With the addition of Florida, the non-conference slate now includes matchups with Gonzaga, Michigan, Illinois, Michigan State, and Connecticut. As one would say, Jon Scheyer isn't ducking any smoke.

After last years, shortcomings in the Elite-8 versus the Huskies, the Blue Devils will look to build on its high recruiting class, centered by several returning pieces, which includes 3 starters, and key reserves playing vital minutes during last seasons run.
