NC State Basketball Adds Former Tar Heel Ven-Allen Lubin

Just when you thought things couldn't get crazier during the offseason, former UNC Tar Heels big man Ven-Allen Lubin announced his intent to sign with Will Wade and the NC State Wolf Pack for the upcoming season.





During the 2024-25 campaign Lubin averaged 8.6 points per game, in addition to 5.6 rebounds, which was a team high. In the last 10 games of the season, the bigman scored double figures in each contest.


Lubin was a former four star recruit out of the 2020 class , ranked 65th overall according to Rivals is expected to fill a void on the interior for Coach Wade and the Pack that lost both big men from a season ago under former head coach Kevin Keatts.
